1. Introduction

By using our service at www.dumpsterstrong.com, you (hereinafter referred to as the "Renter") agree to the following terms and conditions set by Dumpstrong (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider").

2. Definitions

• Renter: The individual or entity leasing the Dumpster.

• Provider: Refers to Dumpstrong.

• Dumpster: The container leased by Provider to the Renter.

• Lease Duration: From the delivery to the waste's disposal in the Dumpster.

• On-Site Duration: The time the Dumpster is at the Renter's location.

• Digital Confirmation/Acknowledgment: Assent given online, via text or email.

• Oral Consent/Agreement: Verbal commitment made by the Renter.

3. Weight Restrictions

Every Dumpster has a max weight of 4 tons (8,000 lbs.). Overloading leads to surcharges and may require Renter adjustments for safe transportation. Non-compliance may incur a Trip Fee between $99.00 - $199.00.

4. Prohibited Items

Items including but not limited to refrigerators, concrete, oils, explosives, and hazardous substances are strictly prohibited. Fees may apply for specific items. Consultation is advised before disposal.

5. Pricing & Scheduling

The standard rate includes one-time delivery and retrieval. It does not cover damages, misuse, or excess weight.
Inaccessible Dumpsters attract a delay fee at $125.00/hour. Extensions are $25/day.

6. Weight Charges

• Extended Leases: Billed at $0.04/lb beyond the initial 1,000 lbs.

• Day-long Leases: All debris weight is $0.05/lb.

Penalties apply for exceeding weight limits.

7. Damage Responsibility

The Renter is accountable for Dumpster contents and any damages incurred. Damages to the Dumpster, equipment, or property due to prohibited items are the Renter’s responsibility. Charges apply for repairs.

8. Delivery Stipulations

Provider requires even ground for Dumpster placement. Exact timing for delivery or collection is not guaranteed.
Orders made before 10:00 A.M. typically get same-day service. Working days do not include Sundays.
All necessary permits are the Renter’s responsibility.

9. Liability Waiver

The Provider isn't liable for damages to property during the rental process. This includes driveways, plants, or any overhead obstructions. The Renter assumes all risks.

10. Payment & Authorization

By confirming, Renters agree to all charges, including extra fees. These might result from extra weight, damages,
or other additional services.

11. Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate the lease for any breaches, charging the Renter for all due amounts.

By using our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms. Ensure you fully understand them before availing of our services.
