Instead of paying per swap by card, approved accounts get Net-30 billing, $2M COI on file, direct dispatch, and volume tier pricing.

Minimum $2,000 in projected monthly volume. Standard one-page credit application with trade references. We pull a soft commercial credit check. Approval is usually within 1 business day. Below the $2,000 threshold, accounts still get COI on file and priority scheduling but pay per swap by card or ACH.

Most commercial accounts are open and ready for first delivery within 24 business hours. Request review (90 seconds via the form on this page), credit application (10 minutes), COI issued same day, first delivery scheduled next business day. Active accounts with prior approvals can sometimes get same-day setup for urgent jobs.

$2,000,000 general liability per occurrence, $4,000,000 aggregate. Includes auto liability, worker's compensation, and a $5M umbrella. Additional insured naming your company or your GC is included at no charge. We issue the COI naming your specific project, your specific GC, or a master COI for ongoing work.

Yes. A master COI covers all your projects under one document, updated annually. Your GC, property manager, or insurance broker can verify coverage anytime. We also issue project-specific COIs naming specific job sites or specific GCs as additional insured, same-day issuance at no charge.

Yes. Tier 3 and Tier 4 accounts get a direct dispatch line that bypasses the public booking queue. Call your account manager directly for emergency swap-outs, additional containers on short notice, or schedule changes. Standard same-day-before-noon timing still applies, but with priority over the public queue.

All Dumpster Strong containers are available on commercial accounts: 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40-yard mixed C&D dumpsters, plus our 20-yard concrete-only container (12-ton cap) for heavy debris. Roofing-specific containers also available. Mix and match across sites as the project requires.

Monthly invoice on the 1st of each month covering all swaps from the previous calendar month. Payment due 30 days from invoice date by ACH, check, or card. No transaction fees on ACH. Late payment after 30 days triggers a small finance charge and may pause dispatch until brought current. Most accounts pay on a regular cycle and never see late fees.

Yes. Each account supports unlimited billing contacts, dispatch contacts, and site contacts. Your project managers can place orders directly without going through the master account holder. Invoices can be CC'd to your AP team. Multi-site accounts often have dispatch contacts per site for fastest turnaround.
