Terms of Service – Dumpster Strong LLC

By booking a dumpster rental with Dumpster Strong LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all orders placed online, by phone, or through any authorized representative.

All bookings require full payment at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods through our online booking system. Payment confirms your reservation and authorizes delivery on the scheduled date. A valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of the rental period.

All online orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed, except as provided under our On-Time Delivery Guarantee (Section 15). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate you at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or after the dumpster has been dispatched, may be subject to a trip charge.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible to our trucks. The placement area must be clear of vehicles, debris, low-hanging wires, or any other obstructions. Dumpsters are placed on driveways or flat surfaces unless otherwise arranged. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, a trip charge may apply.

A trip charge will apply if our driver arrives at the delivery location and is unable to place or retrieve the dumpster due to blocked access, locked gates, low-hanging wires, unpaved surfaces, or any condition that prevents safe placement. The customer will be notified and charged accordingly.

Each dumpster size has a designated weight limit. If the contents exceed the included tonnage, additional fees will apply based on the actual weight recorded at the landfill. Weight is verified using landfill scale tickets. By placing an order, you authorize Dumpster Strong LLC to charge the card on file for any overage fees.

The following materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in any Dumpster Strong dumpster: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, oils, batteries, tires, appliances containing refrigerants, medical waste, asbestos, and any materials classified as illegal under federal, state, or local law. Violation of this policy may result in additional fees, removal charges, and potential legal action.

The use of Dumpster Strong equipment for illegal dumping, disposal of stolen property, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Dumpster Strong LLC reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

Dumpster Strong LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, or any surface resulting from the placement or removal of a dumpster. We recommend placing plywood or boards under the dumpster if surface protection is desired. Customers assume full responsibility for any property damage related to dumpster placement.

Dumpsters must not be loaded above the fill line. Overloaded dumpsters cannot be safely transported and may result in additional fees for load reduction, a second haul, or refused pickup until the load is corrected. For safety and legal compliance, all loads must be level with or below the top of the container.

The standard rental period is specified at the time of booking. If you need additional time, please contact us before your rental period expires. Extensions are subject to availability and daily overage rates. Dumpsters not scheduled for pickup after the rental period may incur daily charges.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a completed service is a violation of these terms. Dumpster Strong LLC will provide all evidence of service completion, GPS delivery data, and signed agreements to defend against any illegitimate disputes. Customers agree to resolve billing concerns directly with our team before contacting their bank or payment processor.

Dumpster Strong LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, property damage, or project delays.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

When you book a delivery date and we confirm a delivery window, we deliver within that window. If we fail to deliver your dumpster within your confirmed delivery window, you receive a full refund of everything you paid for that order, issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. This guarantee does not apply when a missed or delayed delivery is caused by conditions outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, hurricanes, or flooding; landfill, transfer station, or road closures; a delivery site that is blocked, unsafe, inaccessible, or not ready, such as a locked gate, parked vehicles, or no clear placement area; an incorrect or changed address provided by the customer; or a customer request to reschedule.
